Empath Leaders formed as an idea after reflecting deeply on how I can meaningfully contribute my professional expertise to make an impact on the many challenges we face today.
Whether it’s responding to the climate crisis, improving equity in the health sector, or tackling housing affordability, I know we won’t get anywhere without empathy and understanding. That’s why the words we choose to use matter so much. From policy changes to public engagements, the language we choose to use makes a difference in the authenticity, inclusiveness and effectiveness of the work we do. Empath Leaders is focused on helping organizations communicate with empathy and understanding.
